Attendees must notify NTC of a cancellation no less than 7 days prior to the event in order to have fees removed or a refund issued. Substitutions may be made less than 7 days before the event if you are unable to attend. Attendees who do not attend without notifying NTC’s Continuing Education Department will be responsible for payment of all course fees and will not be eligible for a refund, despite the virtual format.
